Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Fund
Through CHERUBS CDH Awareness Fund, the
"Save the Cherubs" Campaign along with other CDH Awareness projects will bring Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia
Awareness to a national level. Our Fund is supplied
by donations and sponsorships designated to help raise CDH Awareness.
All
donations made to our CDH
Awareness Fund are used to help inform the public about CDH through
advertising, educational materials and events. Money
donated to this fund will provide newspaper ad space, billboard space,
magazine space, television ads, prop wings and professional video
editing for television ads. It will go to balloon
releases, parade floats, awareness ribbon buttons and so much more.
Every penny will go to
give wings to CDH awareness!
To donate in honor / in memory of someone - When you make your donation,
send us a note or an e-mail to let us know your name, the date of the
donation and information about who you are donating. Let us know
their name, whether it is in honor or in memory and who you would like
us to send an acknowledgment to, along with their mailing address.
A donation of $7 will sponsor 1 CDH
Education Poster
A donation of $20 will sponsor 100 CDH
Awareness Ribbon Buttons
A donation of $100
will sponsor a Balloon Release
A donation of $400
will sponsor 5000 CDH Awareness Brochures
A donation of $3000
will sponsor a billboard advertisement
Donations are tax-deductible. You can donate in 1 of 3 ways:

2. Through Firstgiving.com - another
secure site we've used for a few years. You can also set up a
firstgiving page in honor or in memory of your cherub to raise money
for this campaign as well.

Acknowledgment sent to the family of the person the donation was made

honor/memory of, please also send us their mailing address. The
Donation
Acknowledgment will only list your name(s), the name of the person(s)

We never list the amount of the donation.
