 We have many events and projects going on at CHERUBS and sponsors are vital to our success.   Sponsorship is tax-deductible and a wonderful way to honor or remember a cherub.    Each event and project helps CHERUBS to further our mission of raising CDH Awareness, supporting all CDH families and searching for the cause, prevention and best treatments for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.


Our Sponsorship Opportunities:

Projects:

• Save the Cherubs Campaign - our national CDH Awareness campaign aimed at making the country informed about "Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia".  Sponsorship pays for marketing and advertisments (billboard ads, television ads, magazine and newpaper ads, etc), as well as prop wings for photo shoots.
  

• CDH HOPE Totebag Project - this project provides much needed items to families who have recently experienced the diagnosis of CDH.  It offers free totebags, CDH Baby Books, baby items, cameras, blankets and personal care items that are needed during the initial hospital stay that most families do not know that they will need.  Sponsorship pays for the totebags, postage and all items included that have not been donated.
  

• Adopt A Hospital Program - our CDH information and support project, aimed at providing valuable resources to every CDH hospital.  Sponsorship for this project is $100.00 and covers one kit for one hospital, which includes newsletters, 2 Stories of Cherubs books, Parent Reference Guides, CDH Awareness Ribbons and much more.
  

• CDH Research - our various research projects, including the Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Research Survey and grants to various research facilities.  Sponsorship pays for programming and hosting fees of the survey database and money directly given to selected CDH researchers.
  

• CDH Awareness - seperate from our Save the Cherubs Campaign, our Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness fund helps us to inform the public about CDH  Sponsorship pays for CDH Awareness Ribbon buttons, pamphlets, Parent Reference Guides, balloon releases, rallys and more.
  

• CDH Family Support - all of our support services rolled into one.  Sponsorship pays for our newsletters, web sites, mailing costs, printing costs, organization fees, office supplies and more.  It does not pay for salaries or professional services.
  

• CDH Family Assistance -  our fund to help families cover the costs of having a child born with CDH.  Sponsorship pays for gas cards and cash grants directly to families.
  

• CDH Scholarships - scholarships to help families who have been affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.     Sponsorship pays for scholarships for CDH survivors, sibling and parents.   Sponsors can sponsor whole annual scholarships of $5000.00 and help to select scholarship winners.
  

Events:

• International CDH Conference - our annual Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia conference for families and researchers.  Sponsorship pays for conference hall, kid's room, table and video equipment rentals, pizza party, kid's entertainment and guest speakers.
  

• Angel Ball - formal CDH Awareness event held at Duke Gardens in Durham, North Carolina.     Sponsorship pays for venue, band, celebrity spokespeople, marketing, food, drinks and auctions.
  

• Golf Tournament - CDH Awareness event held in North Carolina.  Sponsorship pays for course, food, course staff, drinks, celebrity attendees and auctions.

• Bronze Sponsorship - $100.00

All sponsors are recognized on our web site and materials and at events.    Business sponsors are encouraged to send us their company logo and web site address to further advertise their business as a sponsor.
